Medical emergency expenses
Up to £1,000,000
Up to £1,000,000, including £250 for emergency dental. Medical and dental expenses are excluded in the UK.
Cancellation

Baggage, money and travel documents loss

Baggage up to £1500 per trip. Travel documents up to £200 and up to £100 on cash per adult (up to £50 under 16 years old)

Delays of minimum 4 hours, up to £40 per hour for flight delay. Up to £60 per hour for baggage delay.

What you need to know
Making a claim
Claims must be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the incident.
You must provide all documents required to assess your claim.
Coverage requirements
Your trip must start and finish in the UK within 90 consecutive days.
Maximum 180 travel days covered in any 12 months.
Your Plum Max membership must be valid and paid without interruption from the booking of the trip, until the end of the trip.
Medical exclusions
You won't be covered if travelling against medical advice.
Pre-existing medical conditions are not covered.

To raise a claim, just fill in our online form.
What you need:
Your insurance policy number we emailed you when you subscribed. Any supporting documents related to your claim (e.g. receipts, medical reports).
After submission, Qover’s claims handling team will email you about next steps.
